The following are the terms and conditions (which included our copyright notice) on which we do business for goods ordered through this website. These terms and conditions are designed to set out clearly our responsibilities and your rights. If you want to cancel or amend your order you must contact us as soon as possible. A processing fee will be charged for all cancelled orders.
Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found prior to dispatch of the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Pictures, illustrations or descriptions or any other information submitted or contained in this website or other advertising matter are for general information and guidance. There may be minor variations between the goods as shown or described on our website and those dispatched to you without affecting their function, quality, or price.
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any method shown in this website at the time you place your order. All payments are taken in US Dollars and all purchases are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing US rate.
The ordered goods will be delivered to the address entered by you on the on-line order. If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods. Ordered goods will normally be delivered within 3 – 5 Business Days of your order being accepted unless otherwise notified to you by us. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 3 weeks of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund or re-credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
All orders are accepted subject to the availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible, OR refund or re-credit in full any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Please see our Delivery & Returns section for details of how to return or exchange our products. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your legal rights as a consumer in respect of products which are faulty or not as described.
With products purchased as part of a promotional offer or discount, the refund will be amended to reflect any failure to meet the original promotional requirements as a result of returning the product.
Returns can be made free of charge with faulty goods, we will also refund to you the prevailing Post Office rate of second-class postage or local equivalent to return the faulty item. Or return by Grands with FedEx or UPS.
Within the first two days, you must contact us via email if you want to return and specify the reason, Items should be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned to us in the same condition you received them, and we may have a right of action against you for compensation if you do not comply with this obligation. Items should be returned with original packaging and tags wherever possible. All items returned are at your own risk so please ensure sure you obtain a ‘proof of posting’ from your Post Office or dispatch agent.
All goods returned to us are examined and refunds to which you may be entitled, will be processed as soon as possible. You will not hear from us unless there are any problems.
Refunds will be processed using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Exchanges will show on your account as a refund of the original product and a purchase of the new product – you will therefore see these as two transactions on your account.
Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
